  • Direct Email Campaign: Benson Marketing Group will initiate a professional email solution using Email List Manager, the agency's proven tool that collects, manages and distributes emails. With this tool installed, the agency designs, writes and distributes professional emails monthly, or nearly monthly.
  • Quarterly Newsletter. Since many consumers still want to read newsletters, the agency writes, designs, prints, and mails a quarterly newsletter.

Regular Trade Communications:

  • Benson Marketing Group writes and faxes up to 6 faxes/year promoting accolades to the client's list of brokers, distributors, retailers, restaurateurs, etc., and will post the notice in PDF format on the client's website.

Public Relations:

  • Press Releases: Benson Marketing Group writes and distributes up to 4 press releases to the agency's media list, and distributes them on the wire and globally through Internet news sites.
  • Press Samples: The agency reviews and advises clients on their press samples campaign.
  • Events Calendar: The agency provides access to its updated events and auctions calendar.

Strategic Calendar:

  • The campaign is organized into one calendar for easy management.

Monthly Reporting:

  • Benson Marketing Group writes a monthly client report tracking progress on all tasks.

Pricing and Timeframe

  • Fees: $4,000 per month.
  • Timeframe: standard 12-month contract (with 30-day cancellation clause).
  • Expenses: Newsletter Printing and Postage, fax blast telephone charges.
