Nature & Scope of Position
We are looking to complement our team with a motivated professional looking to develop and broaden his/her wine PR skills, experience and contacts. The full-time position will play an integral role executing Public Relations campaigns for several clients, working very closely with our Napa and New York PR team. The position's primary responsibilities include story research, media list development, tracking and reporting press placements, writing and pitching story ideas, coordinating client events, and other related projects of an account coordinator.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of wine or food PR (in-house or agency) required;
• Desire to develop professional skills and contacts in wine PR—a rising star!;
• Top 5% in oral and written communications skills—strong editing skills required;
• Preference for dynamic, small business environment;
• Literacy in MS Word and Excel required. Agency uses Cision Media Source for media contact management.
• Valid drivers license.
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
